They called my son's cell phone, indicatied they were his Bank's card sevices. He got $135 taken out of his account. He never even got to use the card that was mailed to him. Platinum Benefit Group cancelled card after learning we closed his checking account. He never was able to use any of the funds they debited out of his account, 4 weeks before. They changed their stories.
