Platium Benefit Group ripoff Wanting My Refund Clearwater Florida

On 11/08/06, I notice that on online checking account summary that Platinum Benefit Group debited $139.95. And I did not give the approval for that payment. So when I called the 800 number 1-800-331-7020. The first representative was very rude and told me that I would have to wait 30 days to receive any information in the mail. Well on 11/09/06 I receive two forms regarding getting my refund back. I mail out the two forms on 11/21/06. Then I called on 11/27/06 was told by another nasty representative that I would need to call back on 12/01/06. Instead I called on 11/30/06. And I ask to speak with a supervisor. And she was very rude also. She reported to me that I would have to fax in a police report. But as I explain to her that no one from this company did not tell me nothing about filing a police report. And after speaking with the supervisor named Debra.
