Please don't waste your money on PlayActionCustoms.com I placed an custom order with Kevin for a Ryan Tannehill custom Action Figure and pay him $120 using my PayPal account before I made the payment, Kevin answered all of my emails and once I made the payment he vanish completely. when I research his company, after the fact that I made the payment I notice that I was not the first one that got rip-off by Kevin so I put a dispute on PayPal for my money and right away Kevin contact me and told me that it takes more than 45 days for my item to be completed and he answer the same to PayPal. When I told him that for him to send me a picture of the action figure, again he went missing in Action. I placed my order on October 2013 and have been trying to get my money back from PayPal or my Ryan Tannehill action figure ever since and neither one has happened.

 I am extremely disappointed that companies like this one are allow still having a website and continuing to Rip-off customer out of their money. Each customs work is $100+ a custom so every time someone not knowing place and other and pay for it is $100+ that this Kevin person gets. Please close him out! This person is the biggest rip-off I know!
