PlayPeak Mediaop, Mediaseen and Digital KO LLC they also have a couple of others This company has been taking money from my bank account since 24 March 2013 located in India they are thieves.. Wilmington, Delaware

I have just found out that PlayPeak which I certainly did not sign up to has been taking money from my bank account since 24 March 2013. They apparently sell games, software and videos.  I am a 73 Year Old woman who has no reason at all to be using any of these things.

What they do is take out an amount under $20.00 so the bank and yourself do not pick up on it.

I did get in touch with them calling the number listed which was a Sydney Australia number nad spoke to a woman who I was getting no where with so I asked for her Manager and a Supervisor called Julie came to the phone. Whilst I was waiting for that person to come to the phone I heard 4 other cnversations from their staff and they were all for cancellations and then these staff memebrs offered them a maximum of 6 months refunds but could not offer anymore.

When Julkie got on the phone I explained what I had found and she then told me the same thing that I could cancel and then get 6 months refunds. I told her that was not good enough and I wanted a copy of what I had signed up for. She told me that they do not keep anything like that on file. I then asked to speak to the Manager of the company and she said that he was not availablle, so I asked for a telephone number and an adress. She said there was no telephone number but I could write to their head office and the address was in their terms and conditions. That address was Digital KO LLC, 16192 Coastal highway, Lewes Delaware 19958 USA. I then looked that address up and found that is was something to do with HarvardBusiness Center. I then sent off an email and have speaking to a gentleman called Alex who has told me that this company is certainly not there. I received another email from him today asking for the web address so I gave it to him and also looked up the terms and conditions again to make sure I could copy the T&C an attach them to the email I was sending.

When I looked up the Terms and conditions again I noticed that they have now listed a new adddress for their Head Office.

That is now Address : Digital KO LLC, 1201 Orange Street Suite 600, One Commerce Center, Wilmington, DE 19801). totally different to the last one listed on the same website.

You will also notice on these terms and conditionss the many spelling mistakes etc that I am sure a professional company would never put in place.

I called their Sydney Office again and again spoke to Julie again and she was very rude and agorant and said too bad deal with it. I asked her why the address had changed and she couldn't or wouldn't answer regarding that.

This company needs to be stopped and be listed as fraudulent so that other people like myself do not get taken down with these crooks.

I have just put into place a fraudulent claim from my bank so I now have to wait to see if I get a refund.
