On February 6/2016. I went to the plaza auto mall. I spoke to Mr Claudio Perez about the kia Surento. We struck a deal. I sign all required documents. When the vehicle left the shown room my brother discover a dent was on the right side passanger door. They gave me a letter acknowledgeing the dent. They promise to fix it the next day which was a Sunday. After a certain time pass i call the campany only to find out he was not at work. the Monday i went and took the car back. I was told i have to make an appointment, so i left the key and walk away. they then drove the vehicle to my house. I drove it back again, i left the key again. This time Mr Perez Grab my hoodie and try to put the keys in back of my hoodie, he did not succeded then he grab my pocket and put the keys in the pocket, i took the keys out and toss it on the floor and walk out. He then ran after me and toss  the keys at me on the outside of the side walk, the keys hit me on the foot, i pick it up agin walk back and throw the keys inside and left.
