Plaza Lincoln Mercury ripoff Lemon used Lincoln returned and way overcharged on new Sable ripoff business from hell Leesburg Florida

My husband just once before he died wanted a Lincoln. Like a fool i traded our Sable in on a used Lincoln. Trade in allowance was $5700.00. Put $1500.00 cloth top on Lincoln and made 5 monthly payments of $470.00

The Lincoln was a lemon. It ble a gasket, had no emergency blinkers, only two of the four ever fixed, the outside temperature said 19 degrees in Florida and never fixed. Car was n shop many times in 5 months.



Returned the used lemon Lincoln and bought a 2001 new Sable under Ford Motors employee AXZ Plan since my husband is retired from Ford Motor. The employee purchase price listed was almost 33,000.00.

The internet list average employee price of 2003 Sable as 21,000.00. I have asked Ford Motor and Plaza/Lincoln mercury to bread down the price and tell me the actual employee price of my 2001 Sable.

Both tell me they have no way of knowing the options on that car but our insurance agent can key in the VIN number and tell us the options. Ford Motor says Plaza has free rein on what tey charge since they are not owned by the company.

I think the 5700.00 trade in plus 5 monthy payments of 470.00 plus 1500.00 cloth top (they resold the Lincoln in a few weeks) plus the difference between the 33,000.00 charged and the correct employee pric of 22,000.00 is one absorbetant amount for having the use of a lem9on Lincoln for five months.

Plaza says I was charged depreciation and for the use of the lincoln and they have yet to tell me the employee price of the 2001 Sable although I have asked many times. They actually
told me counting the 5700.00 trade in allowed on the lincoln was fraudulent on my part.
