on may 2015 i decide to play on plenty jackpots/slots inferno online casino and all together i sent them about $1200.00 /cdn funds to play their slot games and i finally won $10 000 in june 2015 (Plenty jackpots) so i asked to withdraw my winnings and they asked me to send them my identification and they kept telling me to wait for emails in 24/48 hours to let me know the next process.
To make a long story short i sent them everything they asked for (my identification)On August 6 2015 i finally got upset with them and demanded an answer to why my money isnt being sent,they told me that my winnings was void because i played a bingo slot machine thats what their answer to to my question was.i got really upset with them and asked them to send me that terms and conditions that i apparently broke,i'm still waiting for that email!
