PLEXADERM SKINCARE SOLD ME TWO TINY BOTTLES OF SKIN TIGHTENING AND UNDER EYE PUFFINESS SERUM FOR $120.00 AND IT DOESN'T WORK! Elmont NY

Plexaderm skincare sold me two tiny bottles of Plexaderm eye serum with the promise the puffiness in my eyes will disappear, and so will the wrinkles. They had a special offer. Buy two bottles to save money on the first shipment, $120.00.for the tiny bottles. As soon as the serum arrived I started using it as directed.it doesn't work! I used it for 6 months and there was no improvement in the puffiness or wrinkles.

I am 67 years old with very good skin, my problem is the puffiness under the eyes. I just found out after googling the product that it contains some kind of clay, which was not surprising to me. I had noticed that after applying the serum to my under eyes; it turned into a very tight whitish film that made my skin very dry and didn't do anything for the bags under my eyes. Just found out from a customer review in Amazon the serum does not work on dark or medium skin. That part plexaderm doesn't mention in any of their infomercials, but on TV all their models are Caucasian. 

I feel I was ripped off, and they used false advertisement tactics in their commercials. Not once did they mention that the serum is not intended for people of color.

I will like to get my money back but I don't know if after 9 months they will be willing to refund me the money I paid for their useless product. I kept using it in the hope that it will work after prolong use. It didn’t. I contacted Plexaderm  as soon as I noticed the whitish film under my eyes and no change on the puffiness and they told me I didn’t know how to use the serum; and gave me instructions how to use it. I was doing the same exact thing when applying it.
