Plexishop.it Terrible service. AVOID!

Terrible service. They do everything not to take responsibility for faulty products. In my first order I purchased lighting kit which turned out to be nonfunctional (btw, they sell chinese trash which you can buy much cheaper at alibaba or wish). Finally, after many emails they generously offered me a voucher. Regretfully, I gave them a second chance and this time they send me a broken plexiglass sheets. When contacted them with pictures showing damaged products they started to claim it is shipping company fault and since my package was not insured I can forget about any reimbursement. Each following mail more and more arrogant. Overall, I feel like duped into buying defective products and shafted. AVOID!
