I purchased & download software midi converter $29.95 on 08.02.07. The software did not convert midi files to mp3 as advertised. I have written software & supported software for med labs & hospitals, so I am very computer saavy. I uninstalled the software on 08.03.07 and immediately sent email requesting refund. I have sent numerous emails to sales@plimus.com, support@loopsoftusa.com, sales@midconverter.com, but have not yet received any responses. I have called 858.350.7473, 866.312.7733 but there is no live person with whom to speak, only automated. I called CA AG office today, 10.02.07, and was given the following info: CA SEC'Y OF STATE has contact as TOMER HERZOG, 10509 FLORA VISTA AVE, COOPERTINO, CA 95014 and CA BBB HAS PLIMUS, INC., 1669-2 HOLLENBECK AVE, PMB 165, SUNNYVALE, CA which appears to be only a mail box address.

There is NO disclaimer nor any posted policy for these businesses so that the public can see it at the time purchases are made.

PLIMUS, LOOPSOFT & MIDI-CONVERTER have committed UNLAWFUL ACTS UNDER THE DTP:
