I purchaed "Registry Cleaner Pro 5/12/2009. It was a 1 time fee of 69.85 good for three computers.
Basically the company and the product were scams because I cannot use the program or get any refund.
My activation code was xxLKQ82H, My purchase or order # was 43743794.
After alittle research I discovered that I was not the only one ripped off.
Anything you can do would be appreciated at this point. Thank-you

An order from 2009 which has no previous complaints filed and in 2013 filing a refund request, unfortunately we cannot assist you. We're payment processors we handle the security and processing of the payment, the vendor which you ordered from has already been paid for the 2009 order.

I do not agree that stating our company ripped you off after making a 2009 order and now requesting a refund is appropriate. On the receipt of payment from 2009 you would have also been provided with the vendors contact details if you needed assistance.
