Ordered Nuwave Pic Pro High Powered Model Induction Cooktop Model #30301 - 1800 watts - $50.00 Free Shipping. This lists for $199.00 and the cheapest I saw it elsewhere was $139. After ordering, I got the following email:

After placing my order their website instructed me as follows to complete payment (note there is no mention of Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover - just the Amazon-Sony Playstation Network Card to complete my payment for my order):
