Plow & Hearth Plow and Hearth Plow & Hearth offered a $100 coupon for spending $100 in store. Spent $126.31 and after 5 months of trying, no coupon. VA

Plow & Hearth ran an advertisement that if you spend $100 you will get a $100 gift card.  A coupon code was given. The last day of the promtion was November 2, 2017.  On the last day, November 2, 2018 I went in to the Fredericksburg, VA store and spent $126.31 on merchandise and provided the coupon code for the $100 gift card.  I was told that in 7-10 days, I would receive a coupon code for $100 via email.  I was also told to check my spam folder during this time.

2 weeks passed and not code.  It is now April 25, 2018, almost 6 months later.  In that time, I have communicated with the local manager approximately 10-15 times.  She has taken my name, called corporate, emailed corporate, sent my information on numerous occasinos; each time telling me to keep an eye out within the next 7-10 days.  I've checked my emails and spam folders.  Nothing. 

The manager did discover for some reason I had 3 accounts.  She was able to isolate the account that should have gotten the discount and again contacted corporate with no avail.  This was probably around February, 2018.

This is not the first time this has happened.  A few years ago, we went through the same dance for a $50 gift card coupon that took months and several queries to get.
