ordered a cutter from this company on july 16,2014. haven't received the tool or heard anything from this company for two weeks. checked status of my order, can't contact anyone at the company, tried emailing customer service, got no reply, checked my paypal acct, they didn't waste anytime collecting the payment, but forgot to send me my merchandise. checked with UPS, they have posted that they have yet to be contacted by this company with any shipping instructions for my order. not a good company to do business with evidently. just glad it wasn't a large amount of money involved. will keep trying to get in touch with someone at this place to get a refund. will also contact PayPal about this transaction. beware ,another thing I noticed with this company is that the invoice # is extremely long, 14 characters to be exact, must be extremely busy.

Just wanted to let other people know that I finally did receive my order, It was a long time coming and I did purchase another part like the one I ordered only because I didn't think I would ever see anything coming from this vendor.
Although the amount of money involved was small, I just didn't want to get ripped off by this vendor. So, I guess I've been pretty lucky with all my internet purchases up till now.
There was no reason why, for the delay, but glad I got the item.
