On July 9, 2007 we received a check for $2,960.85 from this company. The check looked official and we really thought that money would be handy. Plus, they are promising me another $17,039.15.... YAHOOO! Although it sounds official, after reading the attached letter, I was not convinced: We never entered to win a cruise or a lottery. Besides, if it is my money, why are they telling me what I "must" do with it?
What is happening to those who put this check into their checking accounts? And how did they get my address?
I also noticed that everyone filing a report on this company has a different address... are they just made up?
Why do they have checks from Citibank? I would think that Citibank would do something about this!
I guess there really IS no such thing as free money!
