Plush Media Scammed Atlanta/California Internet

Last year Plush Media ripped me off with a non functioning website. Not only did they take 6 months to "finish" the communication was horrible. I paid them $600 for a starter website and they assured me it would be completed in 4 weeks. I started with Amber who seemed nice and responded to emails quickly. I ended up with Domonique who never answered questions directly and continued to give me the run around. I wanted to take them to court because I've lost over $2000 on this project as a whole. I had things set up with the bank based on the website and promotional material was made. They assured me the website was functioning but the shipping wasn't set up and some of the product links weren't connected. They said they could make it mobile friendly and it was the total opposite. After sending countless emails (bc there was NO contact number) they stopped responding. I threathed to take them to court and they started to respond but not to fix the situation but to argue with me that the website was functioning. I could not get a refund due to Paypal's 3 month rule which they make sure to stall past that time frame so you can't dispute it with Paypal. Domonique recently reached out to me via email and offered to help fix my website but never responded back to how. This company is a complete SCAM after being scammed by another web company (KISS CHANEL DESIGNS) I explained to them that we were extremely cautious this time around. They took advantage of a new business who didn't really know the ins and outs . NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I was relieved to see that I wasn't the only one to be scammed and that I went with my gut by trying a start up website first. I feel bad for those who paid $1100 and more! I would love to team up with ANYONE who was scammed by PLUSH MEDIA and take them to court!
