Plymouth Direct Customer Service shipped non-confirmed, non-submitted, order Philadelphia Pa

I was interested in a product that was advertised on TV as a headlight restorer (cleaner, polish etc...).  I started to order it when the up sells started occurring which although annoying, not an issue really.  However, after I added the CC information and hit the screen to determine final costs, a ridiculous shipping/handling charge of 31.00 showed up.  So instead of hitting the submit order button I backed all the way out.  A few days later they indicated via email that my order had shipped.  I attempted right then to cancel it but was advised they could not do so as the order had already shipped.  I see this seems to be a fairly common practice with this "company."  I wish I would have checked the ripoff report long before I looked into these products.
