 Placed order March 27th for Spray Perfect. April 5th , Received email that product was on back order and won't be charged until shipped. Called Plymouth direct on 4/18...was told I would be receiving Called Plymouth Direct on 5/4-spoke with Justis Orange (at least that's what the name sounded like). He said they got the base coat/top coat in and still waiting on the color. He said should ship on the 9 th of may on first come basis so should go out to February orders first. product in 2 5/11 spoke with Brittany O'brian. Was told they had received the product in their warehouse and product should start shipping this week 5/16 spoke with Lee. He said they have my order placed March 27 and mine should be first one shipped out once they receive product. They should receive product today or tomorrow. Once shipped out I should receive in 7-10 days. 5/19 received this email after emailing them about my order Thank you for your recent order and your eMail. Your item is still out of stock but is expected back in stock in 1 week. Once we receive it we will promptly ship it to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We want to thank you for your business and hope to continue serving you in the future. 5/24 emailed Plymouth Direct that I wanted to cancel order. 5/25 Received following email Thank you for your recent order. We have cancelled your order per your request. You have not been charged. The authorization will drop off within a few days. Sincerely, Plymouth Direct Customer Service WHY IS THERE AN AUTHORIZATION ON MY CARD WITH A THREE DAY HOLD (FUNDS I CANNOT USE) IF I WAS NEVER CHARGED, NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND I CANCELLED THE ORDER?
