PMC Networking Paid for 2 ads that were never printed. BEAVERTON OREGON

On November 30, 2016 Mike Hinton from PMC Networking sold me 2 ads to run in real estate office folders for the price of $395.00.   The ads were to run in ERA Caputo and Remax Executive Realty.   I was  told that if I paid right away I would get $20.00 off and aggreed to pay $375.00   Subsequent to paying the $375.00 my credit card was charged an additional $243.50.   After submitting artwork several times, I never heard back.   I emailed and called several times.   No one ever responded.   The ads were never published and I have asked for a refund several times. Still no repsonse.
  I called again today and was told Mike Hinton no loner works there and they would transfer me to the manager.   I was on hold for a half hour and no one ever picked up.
