I clicked a link in facebook I believe, that took me to a diet supplement. It may have been for pain relief for arthritis.
The offer was buy 3 (at $39.95) get one free, no S/H fee if purchase 3. I thought that sounded like a good deal (apparently too good, like most scams) so I ordered. No order report appeared for me to look over before completing the order.
A minute later I receive a text from my mastercard asking if had ordered something from PMF*FITNESSPRODUCT for $198.
I replied to deny the charge, as I figured the total to be about $120.
After calling mastercard, it was decided to wait to see if the charge appeared on my card, and then file a dispute. I need to call them and start a dispute on this charge. Even if I was charged tax, it shouldn't be $198.
The original price was $49.95 I think. But do you think I can find that same website??? No, I have been unable to locate it again.
