pnc arts center We purchased tickets to Heart show last week at pnc arts center, and come to find out PNC over sold tickets, and there was not any room to even stand on or NEAR lawn, this is against the law, but because of who owns them, i guess its, ok, no parking, no bathrooms you couldent even get in, we purchased tickets went back to box office and told them no room at all whats soever and asked for a refund, they said no refunds, so we left, was a dangerous place to be, and if you lok on there web site, so many complaints about the same thing, and not one response from PNC, im going to report this to the paper also, this was a bad suition homedale new jersey homedale new jersey

pnc OVERSOLD the lawn seats at heart concert last week. there was no room to STAND, anywhere even NEAR THE LAWN, was way over crowded, and a dangerouse place to be, no parking except 3 miles away, all other parking is reserved for VIP, bathrooms were dirty filty, and the wait time to pee was 38 minutes. a cheep s**t no name can of beer was 15.00 this place that is owned by the state, is a rip off and full of rule breaking. isnt there a limit as to how many tickets they can sell for lawn???? well it was def. broken this night, just look at pnc arts center web site and see all the complaints about the OVER SELLING OF TICKETS> saw all of this went back out to box office and tried to return tickets WE JUS T KNOW PURCHASED, were told  to bad to sad no refunds, im also going to report this to news paper. oh not only wouldent box office take tickets back, we were told we couldent even get back in if we wanted to. IS this place even legit??? who makes these rules up???? i should have just called fire dept. was so so so overcrowed they would have shut it down, how do you treat people like this???  i dont think enuf people realize who owns and runs this place. wasnt like this 10 years ago. ive been going here since i was a kid, its getting worse every year.MAIN COMPLAINT is the overselling of tickets, thats just GREEDY  thanks for costing me  62.50 for 2 lawn seats that were no good but yous sold them to me anyway. nice job.
