PNC Bank Mount Laurel Kristina Velez Unprofessional Incompetent mount laurel New Jersey

I have been a customer with pnc for years now. I happened to run across a former telemarkter kristina Velez that worked for a local mortgage company. I had ask about why she left and what circumstances. She then proceeded to degrate, insult, and bash the owner of the company while other customers were standing around me. Needless to say, she was unaware that I have done business with this man for years. He told me he called the branch manager and she seemed not all interested and rushed him off the phone about it. I went back into the bank where I hold several accounts and Kristina Velez was still working there, knowing she falsified her resume and degraded a business client of mine. I will pull all my accounts and let everyone know what kind of people PNC really hires. Do me a favor folks, bank somewhere else. I think that's a total disgrace and very unprofessiona and they did nothing about it.
