4 months ago I started a small bus. acct. with p.n.c. The apt. was with a man who had to drive from chicago area to open acct. Right from the start i told him i did NOT need their gateway system as I already have one established with paypal. (He set one up anyway, which adds to computer confusion) E-commerce banking would never connect online,( attempted 5 times, even while talking to them on phone to walk through) also with one of their managers trying it to go through corporate, with me sitting with her. Uneeded credit card slidder (which didnt even come with all its parts) something else I didnt realized I was signing for/ not explained to me.

I called the chicago guy who set me up with all these things that I found where not explained to me in detail, he would not return my calls (have call log on my phone). is this because he would not make a commision? Frustration does not begine to describe the anguish of trying to get things remeided.

Called the banks manager (he was out for the day) and got in contact with a different bank

branch maneger expalining what has happened, he called chicago guy & told him he had to to return my calls.Guess what? chicago guy still never returned my calls. I always sound professional on the phone, and well mannered. Finally I walked in with a friend/ witness to observe this state of affairs, & to help in asking pertienent questions.. Because I felt & knew, not only was I being slammed with extra charges I had no use for, and nothing was being accomplished to help me cancel the unnessary charges..AND GETTING A LOTOF RUN AROUND then I whipped out my tape recorder & set it on the table Surprise! they started to at least start speaking so friend & I could understand them.

3 months after cancelling the account I am still being hit for charges one for $385.00 merchant card processing fee. credit card, and the newest one came yesterday $120 for merchant account assssed charges. Before I closed the acct. I had 1 bus. check in pending and several other charges(which I paid right away). All of this for an acct. i had for less then 3 weeks. Having researched banks rates for small bus. before I choose them, the rates seemed fair, I only wish I had found this website before hand, so here I am "paying through the roof" And still being highly taken advantage of..Word of Caution: before opening & signing anything take it to a different bank (they read leageleze) because p.n.c. is like the BIG BAD WOLF! So here i go to pay this one so they cant ruin my credit rating....
