pnc mortgage company ripp off dayton ohio

I had called pnc mortgage and ask for help when i was behind a payment. they told me i could not talk to anyone because i had a file open in loss midigation that they never closed. So therefore could not send a payment because if you do not have full amount they accept nothing. So 3 months later they decide to close file and send me a workout package. i filled it out sent it in and now that i owe 6 months they call me today and tell me they cant help me. So not i  need 6 payments to catch up or i lose my home. I they could of helped me when i owed them 1 month this could have been avoided. now i  probably will lose my home. these people are joke and from reading all other complaints sounds to me like they should be investigated.
