Internet offered two products from Skin Royale , Angelina Jolie's skin care line, for free with the cost of shipping alone.  This entails a day trial with the reciept of a 30 day supply.  I decided to input information and submit offer and immediately called to confirm what happens after the 14 day trail. 

Immediately a respresentative takes the call speaking extremely fast and unclear verifying information to pull up my account.  I ask what happens after the trail?  the rep states you will be charged the full amount after  the 14 days if not returned and cancelled.

I feel this is unreasonable and ask him to cancel the order, to which he tells me he can not!  i am livid and raising my voice, being mindful that the order was submitted 5 minutes prior.  He explains he couldn't possibly phone the warehouse in enough time to send communication of the cancellation.  I demand to know how long it takes to get this information in a timely manner to warehouse since order only submitted 5 minutes prior?  Of course no definative response and embarks on phsycology on why I am so irratated etc.  I have worked in customer service so I am fully aware of these tactics and completely control the conversation. 

I proceed to ask for his supervisor.  I am told by the rep that he is a senior representative.  I ask for someone more senior to him.  He tells me he is unable to do that. I let him know I will simply dispute with by bank and he is babblying on why i can do that ,but it will not work.   I am infuriated and speaking to him loudly asking him over and over why he can not cancel not allowing him to get in even a word in.   He finally decides to tell me he will cancel and I say "do that!" and hang up abruptly

Do research before submitting info to these bogus internet scams.  I have learned my lesson!
