I placed an order via internet on Friday 09 May 2008 but the product has not been yet sent. On the website I see that it is being processed for 5 months now.

The item I ordered was supposed to be in stock and it should normally be shipped within 1-2 business days.

I have contacted them many times via email and via their online form but I received no reply. Then I tried to cancel my order (they claim you can do that if the product has not been sent) but still no reply.

I wish I had seen Peter's report (#254115) about this site earlier, then I wouldn't make the order. I didn't lose a lot of money, I just don't want them to trick other people into paying for products that they will never receive.
