Pocket Hose Telebrands Pocket Hose Rip-off Fairfield New Jersey

I purchased three of the Pocket Hoses last Spring in 2013. These were tested out and working for the Summer season for 2013.  The hoses were put away for the winter.

We took them out for 2014 and two of the hoses were broke already.  One hose had pin holes through it and the other hose, when hooked up and turned on, busted off the end where the water comes out.

We contacted Telebrands, who distributes the Pocket Hose, and we received no satisfaction of any kind.  We paid cash for them at Walgreens in the St. Louis area and do not have the receipt.  However, these are guaranteed for life and all we wanted was a replacement or to get out money back.  This did not happen and they were not willing to negotiate anything for us.

Needless to say, we will not be buying these ever again and it is a rip-off, especially the return policy.  At least they could replace them and would want the broken ones back to send back to the manufacturer.  Oh well.  Live and learn.  Do not waste your money.
