PodBean.com is a company that serves podcasters. Or professes to serve people who buy a subscription from them and then make their podcast. There are things about PodBean that are not adding up. I am called, "The Messenger." It was my intenti to podcast the, "The Mantra" and eventually a book that I have been working on. On September 12, 2008 I purchased a subscription to Podbean basic annual plan for $23.90. With this plan, I thought I would be able to pod cast. That was not the case at all. During registration of my own domain setting I was informed that I would need to complete two steps to set up my domain. I thought I had done that when I registered with them online. Yahoo, Google, all major website host do this very complicated procedure for the customer. Podbean does not automatically add a new DNS record to your existing dns record by using an implied cname record. And they do not offer technical support to assist the buyer in doing so either. Their FAQ blog is laughable. It is thoroughly confusing and ambiguous. No real technical expertise is delivered in those blogs. No items that address my need for technical assistance at all.

Furthermore, they hide behind their complex and confusing policy of service to hide their true identity and their where abouts. This is costing me a great deal of money. I believe that PodBean is owned by a regime who's primary goal is to take the money of consumers and not provide the agreed upon service. In this case, Popcasting. One has to be an engineer to go into a dns record and change it without crashing the entire computer matrix. Podbean knows this. Not only do I want my money back, I want back the thousands of dollars in revenue they have cost me because they have denied to entry to my website. They have impaired my ability to podcast in the most hideous way imaginable.
