Point Break Media Company said they were Google and could get my business listed on Google Boca Raton Florida

This company called me and said that they pretty much were Google and my business was going to be listed as permanently closed if I did not follow their program. They told me they would get my business to come up first, second, or third when people searched in my area. They did not tell me it cost $400 until about 30 minutes into the phone call. I wanted my business on Google, so I paid them the $400. I signed an e doc they sent me via email. After that, they told me I would receive a card in the mail with a pin code on it. They said it would take up to 2 weeks to get. After 2 weeks, I had not received a code, so I called them. They stated they would resend me a code via USPS. I never received that code either. I then called and said I wanted my money back. I asked for a manger or supervisor. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. The lady came back and said there were no managers working at that time. She said she would call me back when a manager came in. Guess what? I never got a call back. I called again and finally got a supervisor. I explained to him that I simply did not feel comfortable doing business with their company and I wanted a refund. He said he would transfer me to the billing department and they would help me. After being on hold for another 10 minutes I finally spoke to billing. They tried to talk me into staying with them. After explaining that I was not comfortable doing business with them, she said "you are never going to get your money back, we have done too much work already". I hung up frustrated and am now filing this report.
