The good news is that I did finally get my car moved from NY to Portland, but there was much hassle and all of the follow up as to status was done by me. My real complaint is the promise of a $300 gas voucher as an incentive to go with Polar Express.

My car was picked up the end of November and I have no voucher as of today. In fact on Feb 1st I was promised 2 vouchers to compensate for my time and trouble. I had been calling regularly every 2 weeks with the same old it's in the mail routine.

I guess it's easy to double the compensation if you never intend to send the vouchers in the first place. Today I called and the toll free number would not go thru so they may be out of business. Let's hope so.
