Polar Spas Edmonton Chris Shaw Terrible company, their service is non existent. I paid for a tub in full in April 2012, when asked to deliver I was told they sold the one I paid for. They gave me another one and would not refund my money. Since I bought the tub I have been unable to keep the bacteria and ph to acceptable levels, I call them and was told to add more chemicals. Finally out of frustration I went into the store and started telling customers what a terrible product they sold. I was then given the service number. I called and it was out of service. I got another number, this time I called and left many messages, no one returned them. I was finally able to get throught to a person and booked a service appointment, they didnt show up, I called Chis Shaw, he told me he would take care of it, and booked another appointment, they didn' show up again. Terrible company to do business with. I purchased a tub in April (paid in full) for delivery in June. When I confirmed the delivery in May, was told the tub was sold and I would have to wait 3 months. They then delivered a different tub, it was not the correct model and it was missing jets and other accessories I had purchased. The ozonator did not work from the start and all I had was problems keeping the bacteria out of the tub, I needed to run the filters and ozenator 24/7. The second pump quit within one year. I called and called service, leaving many messages with no call back. Finally I got through and booked an appointment. I took the day off work and they did not show up. I repeated the call andleft  messeges, finally getting a second appointment, they did not show up. I call Chris Shaw and he said he would take care of it. What a shady company, stay away, read the reviews and stay far away. They are awesome salespeople, too bad their product and sevice is terrible.
