I ordered this product with plenty of time to make it for Christmas.  I made sure that both items were in stock.  Two weeks later I was informed that suddenly one of my items was out of stock.  I was told that they would send out the ankle holster and that the other item would be backordered and sent at a later time free of extra shipping charges. 

Two weeks after that not only did I not receive that ankle holster but still nothing at all.  And they quit responding to emails.  I have called and left messages and sent several emails and they have totally ignored my attempts to contact them.  They have refused to contact me, haven't sent either orders, and haven't refunded the money (which of course they charged immediatly after I placed the order).

At this point I will never order anything from this company again.  This order was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband,  that I had to save up $200 for (which took me quite a while since I'm not working right now).  So I couldnt go out and get something else because I had already spent the money with DT Distributors.  All I asked for initially was just that someone contact me and give me an update and they have totally ignored me.  I am filing a report to the Better Business Bureau.  And will find out what my rights are for getting a refund.

We have worked hard to make sure every customer that had an issue has now been resolved or issued their product for free.  We are processing several thousand orders a week at 99.2% A+ ratig.
