policeauctions.com vortal group false claims of attempted delivery of 3 packages that was never attempted to be delivered to my address Internet

I tracked my package thru ups and was informed that it was sent back to shipper Vortal Group with no other contact information whatsoever. they claimed to have made several attemps to deliver on different days when someone is always home at my house. Not only that there was no notes left on door stating any such attempts. Ups stated it was shipped back to Vortal Group. Question: why is there a second party delivery when the shipping information on your item states ups? Shouldnt Ups have been the carrier to deliver to my house. After this mind blowing information was discoveered i tried to find contact information on Vortal Group only to find this ripoff report site. It appears there has many many fradulent things done  by this Policeauction.com and Vortal group. I want my money back. I spent over $300 expecting to resell to make an profit. I'm waiting to business hours to call tomorrow and here what they have to say. Dont ever trust this site or do business with them
