My elderly sister bought some of their jewelry hoping to resell to make a little money to help her with her medical and dental bills. When the jewelry came it was a joke. They claim it was worth many times more than what it is. She contacted these people and told them her plight and begged them not to charge her a re-stocking fee but to no avail as she is a widow barely surviving on social security. She is in the negative after returning the jewelry with  shipping and restocking fees for over $300.00. I am going to contact an attorney as this is definately internet fraud claiming to be something you are not plus a local jeweler said the jewelry is pure junk! Probably cheap stuff from China. I wish I knew some way to get these people for what they are doing to consumers who are unaware of their total dishonesty. It should be against the law to do this to people. Shame on them for taking advantage of people the way they are, wonder how they sleep at night.
