Our company provided Janitorial Services under Contract for this company in Tracy for about 1 year, but the last 3 checks they have issued have bounced. Our company contacted them the first time and they issued a new check, and when we deposited the check it was posted "NSF". This happened several times and after a while it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. The accounts Payable person kept promising that a good check was on it's way. It has been about a month since then, and still "No" check. We recently hired a Collection Agency to collect the debt, when they called they spoke to the Owner and his response to the collection agency was " I am not going to pay that $#%^%$# one cent". I don't understand how a Professional Business like that, can't seem to pay me $3,000.00 for the services. I would be really embarrassed if I was them, I have look them up and there are CUSTOMERS who state that they have been promised to have problems on their purchased corrected by the Principal of the Company and still have heard no response. All I wanted was to get payed for services that were provided, and on top of all this I still had to pay employee for doing the work, and all the "NSF" fees at my bank. Why didn't they tell us to stop going if they didn't have money.
