I bought a Polygroup pool on July 3rd. On July 27th the pump stopped working. I called the number listed on the paperwork that said it would be covered. When I finally got to talk to someone, they asked for many numbers. I had to go out to the pool get one number off of the side of the pool which seemed very reasonable. The next number they wanted was on the pump. I had to dismantal the pump from the side of my pool that was connected to the filter. Water sprayed all over me and my yard while the polygroup support man  patiently waited on the other end of the  phone. Finally I got them the number they requested that was embossed on the very bottom of the pump. Then he told me to email them a copy of my recept. Only after going through all of this did he inform me that it would take the warranty dept. 4 to 10 days to even look at the email. Then it would take them several days to process it...but not to worry, after that they would ground ship me a pump from California and it would arrive anywhere from 5 to 10 days from the time they picked it up. I asked him if it could be overnited to me since we were talking about a big tub of water in my back yard that would turn green,stink, and breed bugs. He told me that it was not their policy to ship anything overnight. I asked to speak to a manager, the service man informed me that they would not be of anymore help then he had been. I insisted on talking to the manager so I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. The manager did claim to get my email and process my claim and I am supose to have a pump ground shipped out within 2 to 4 working days from then. Of course that was  on Friday I am hoping it will be shipped out within a week. I could hear other support people in the background talking making fun of the customers that they had talked with. At one point in the conversation I mentioned that if it took 4 to 10 days for the warranty dept. to look at my email that there must be many many complaints ahead of mine. I mentioned and believe that their products must be faulty. The manager infomed me that he could see there would be nothing he could do for me to make me happy. He was wrong...he could have sent me a pump overnight or at lease 2 day delivery and I would have been happy. Instead I will still have a stinking mess in my back yard waiting for something that may never arrive. We will see.
