Pomeroy IT Solutions - Terry Branham - Alternative Resources Corporation - Northwest Airlines ripoff Treats people like dirt Hebron Kentucky

I had been working for Alternative Resources Corporation since Nov. of 2004 on an as needed basis - which subsequently merged with Pomeroy IT Solutions. For the most part my experiences with them had been good. However, my most recent assingment I had to deal with very difficult people who stabbed me in the back the first chance they got.

I was asked to participate in moving equipment from one ticket counter to another at the Quad Cities IA/IL airport. I received no information about the project, no documentation of any sort, and the tech promised to be there never showed up. I had to make it all up as I went along. For my efforts Northwest went and complained to Terry Branham that I was lazy and I didn't move the equipment like I was supposed to. But Terry just said I wasn't needed anymore.

Then my paycheck was a week late and I only got it when I started communicating with human resources and payroll people about this. Instead of taking care of this himself, Terry had another manager do it in order to delay my check further.

Finally when I got my paycheck the rate said $18 per hour. I was told that I would get $22 by the recruiter when I agreed to do this assingment. Terry sent me an email saying that I was lazy and an embarassement, and $18 was all I deserved. I told him that and everyone else he cc'd on the email that I was going to take this up with the state of Iowa. He then accused me of having an attitude. I probably should've told him to talk to an attorney first before calling me.

I have heard from other Pomeroy/ARC employees that had been shafted on payroll and expense payments. I was once told by another employee that the company wasn't very professional. If you get contacted by someone from Pomeroy/ARC I'd be very careful about working with them. If the project manager is Terry Branham, do not walk, but run from the project as far as possible. If you are considering using Pomeroy/ARC for a project, just remember what I've said and consider if you really want to work with these people.
