Unlicensed dog abuser!! HENDERSON Nevada

Run as far away from this corrupt animal abuser as possible! She is not licensed but will lie and say that she is ( look up poochy couture on Silverflume) non-existent. Look up her animal abuse rcords with the State of Nevada Animal Control office in Henderson! Kimberly has atleast three charges for abusing her pit bulls and allowing them to attack a neighbor's child!!

I trusted Kimberly with my dog when she worked part-time at a beautiful salon in Anthem and she let my dog get loose! Thanks to her carelessness, my dog ran around on the hot pavement in the middle of July and the pads of her feet were burnt! My baby couldnt walk for two weeks and now has a hard time trusting other groomers!

Kimberly called me an hour after i dropped my dog off, needless to say she was 20 minutes late to my appointment that i scheduled and confirmed with her online three days prior!! She was unbothered as she told me my dog got loose through a back door that she left open when she was on a cigarette break! She had the nerve to blame me and say that i should have told her that my dog was a runner!! Really?!?? Who does that? Blame the customer!??

I rushed down there only to have her unapologetically tell me that my dog was still missing and the owner's husband was out looking for her! She just sat there cool, calm and collected talking on her phone and grooming another dog like she didnt have a care in the world!! She never apologized or acted concerned for me or my dog! She even tried to blame the open door on the owner who wasn't there and showed up while i was there to help her husband search for my baby! 

Kimberly had the nerve to argue with the owner in front of me and tell the owner that safety is her responsibility eventhough you could clearly see a "Keep door closed at all times" sign on the back door all the way from the reception area! What a piece of work!

I, of course, joined in the search and just as i began to think that all hope was lost, the owner's husband found my baby girl nearly four hours later wandering in a nearby neighborhood!! He never gave up, Thank God! I took a few days to take care of my dog's burnt pads and I needed time to cool down before i spoke with the owners who were nice enough to pay all vet bills, offer free grooming for our other pets, donate a small sum of money to my favorite pet charity and fire the incompetent groomer who put my dog in harm's way!

I am still pissed because I found Kim Patton advertising her business on thumbtack and FaceBook!! She needs to be stopped! If you love your pet and care about their safety, please go to someone who is legit and licensed!! Also, ask if she is working at a grooming salon that you are interested in. I asked around and she is known to slither in and out of salons all over Henderson!!
