On May 15, 1998 I contracted with Zachary Brown dba Pro's unlimited to have my swimming pool remodeled, five years later I am still looking at an unfinish pool.
Zachary Brown began work shortly after I signed his contract and initially work was progressing quickly, until Mr. Brown started space his work days further and further apart. Finally after having taken a 2nd draw against his contract, he disappeard.
I have talked with Zachary many times since, always hearing the promise he's coming out to finish the project. I have also talked with his mother Willie Sue Brown many times (she appears to operate the business with him) always hearing the same tune, Zachary has had some problems, he's backed up on his work, he had a family member die "several times". Always hearing the job will be finished
I have had a local news channel come out film the mess he left and talk to Zachary and his mom. Again we had promises to finish the project within weeks.
Having finally given up on ever seeing Zachary Brown fulfill on his contract I have initiated legal proceedings. Zachary Brown responed to the court in writing, that he would resolve the problem immediately. He then promptly failed to show up for his court appearence. I did show up and learned not only was this court very familiar with Zachary Brown but that he currently has a warrant out for his arrest. Probably another pool project gone bad.
If ever approched by Zachary Brown, his mother Willie Sue Brown or any representative of Pool King, Company or Pro's Unlimited, Inc, get rid of him quickly. Do not do business with this con artist, you'll regret it.

Well, Zachary Brown claims to have cancer, his mother and partner in crime recently had a stroke. The stroke I believe, I talked recently with Willie Sue Brown. Zachary's cancer I suspect is a diversion. I wouldn't be surprised if he faked his on death. Of course neither are willing to pay the court settlement.

One More Update on Zachary Brown Pool King

Zachary Brown refuses to return my calls. His mother Willie Sue Brown now says Zachary is suffering with cancer and is no longer working. And, has no way to pay the court settlement.
Willie Sue Brown is now offering to pay another contractor to finish the job.

Today I received a judgemet from the Athens County court in the amount of $15,000.00 for Zachary Brown's mess. However, I know I'll never see a dime of this money.
The Athens county court was very familiar with Zachary Brown and shared the following.
a. Currenty has a warrent out for his arrest in Dekalb county
b. Currenty is the defendant in an active Superior Court case.
c. Currenly has numerous "unpaid" judgments against him.
His brother(Ben Brown), father and mother (Willie Sue Brown) are all named defendants on a previous judgement
Curruption runs in the family!
