I rarely write reviews or file complaints - except when inspired to do so. It usually aligns with an extremely positive experience. Or sometimes a bad one. This experience was a bad one.

We are incurring a monetary loss over multiple issues that occurred with our order because of the negligence of the sales and management team at Pool Supply Unlimited.

Here’s the timeline of our UN-positive experience:

1.Pool heater arrives damaged

2.PSU argues we did not follow shipping protocol (untrue)

3.PSU makes us pay for return shipping

4.PSU's freighter choice shows up without proper lifting equipment

5.Father (75 years old) helps load heater onto truck

6.Father (75 years old) complains and is verbally assaulted by PSU's freighter choice

7.PSU "processes" a refund of only a portion of our money

8.PSU charges us a restock fee for a damaged heater (which they can’t resell)

9.Four week experience thus far

10.We’re out $2137.07 to date and still need a new pool heater

The entire experience is documented with emails and pictures. They took a defensive stance on a procedural technicality that simply wasn’t true.

This company plays defense over customer service and the right to get what you pay for.
