Pool Tables Direct - Ultimate Game Room Pool Tables Direct Charged my Credit Card for a Pool Table Dinning table combo and had numerous delays in the delivery. I cancelled the order after waiting five months. The said they would provide a full refund and have not done so to date. I have tried calling and emailing neither venue has provded a response from the company. All I want is my money back because I do NOT have their product. South Lake Texas

Pool Tables Direct have failed to provide my Refund as they promised they would do. They have charged my Credit Card for the entire amount and have NOT provided a product in the time frame they advertised/promised. I cancelled the order after five months of waiting. The Sales rep said this would be no problem and I would recieve my refund in two weeks. That was over 5 weeks ago. They are now not responding to any communications. They are not answering calls nor are they answering emails. It appears they have taken the money and ran. I need some help.
