I learned a valuable lesson here.  I should have looked at the reputation of this company.  I ordered a pool cover and water bags for my pool and it came fairly shortly.  When the pool company came over to install the cover and winterize my pool, they found that 4 of the 12 water bags this company sent me had holes in them.  One of them had a 4 inch wide hole.  I asked for a refund on the defective bags since I had to purchase more bags to replace the 4 that they sent me that were not functional.  The company said they do not give refunds and that I was lucky because I "may have actually caused the bags to leak" and they didn't have to do anything. 

I was quite angry at this point and looked up their service record.  Oops.  Should have looked it up BEFORE ordering.  I confronted them with their bad service record and they said, "Actually I think it's best you handle the manufacturer warranty on your own at this point. We do not have to do the warranty legwork for you." 

Stay FAR away from this company.
