I ordered a solar cover for my in ground pool. On their web site they advertize a "12 gauge" pool cover. To me, 12 gauge means 12 mils! this is how covers are designated. It arrived quickley however when I opened the box I knew it was garbage even before taking it out of the box. I got out my trusty calipers and the matrial measured .005 (5 mils) not the .012 I thought I ordered. The bubbles in the cover were deflated and the cover was sewn together with cheap string. I emailed their "support" customer dis-service dept. and their reply was "We so not sell covers measured in mil. Covers are also non returnable. Thanks" Well on my invoice it states 12 gauge! The one thing I now notice about all rip-off web sites is they have testimonials to lure you in. I hope at least one person takes heed from my experience. This is not a legit buisness. Buyer beware
