I find that I have the exact same story as 15 other consumers (and for every one complaint there are likely a dozen more so this company is up to almost 200). What I find sad is the owner is clueless as to the damage of poor customer care. I felt sorry for the nice woman who first tried to explain that they have no idea where their pool covers come from.
I could tell she knew that was a stupid thing to say, but had to because of her asinine boss. All this guy Charlie Goss - the owner - want to do is take your money. If you try to get any help if something goes wrong - he turn ugly, rude and belligerent. The guy needs serious help and he needs to find a real job or possibly go spend some time in jail.
Next stop - the BBB and then the attorney generals office. This guy needs to be stopped ripping people off. Do we have enough for a class action lawsuit?

I have been using this company since 2005 for all my pool supplies. Last summer I bought a solar pool cover. Love the quality, and the delivery time was great! My pool has never been warmer, and the kids are happy! Will use them again and again!
