I purchased a pool liner from poolsexpress.com. I checked online for the status but was unable to obtain a status. I left numerous messages, but no one ever returned my calls. I finally received the liner and discovered that it did not fit the pool and the quality of extremely thin (I ordered heavy duty). I continued to try to contact the company to no avail; however, I finally received an email stating that the liner had been shipped and all sales were final. I contacted my bank and was told to return the liner; however, poolsexpress.com refused to accept the liner and it was returned. The bank said under the rules of Mastercard one person must be receipt of the product and one in receipt of payment; therefore, there was nothing they could do. Now I have invested $204.99 for the liner, along with $34 for shipping/ insurance to return the liner as my bank advised. I still do not have a liner that will fit the pool. They are now telling me that I ordered an inground pool liner, which I clearly did not do and they will not swap or refund the price. Also, with the pool liner they enclosed a 15-year warranty, and I paid extra for the 25-year warranty. They have agreed to send me a another warranty paper stating that I have a 25-year warranty. This has been a complete nightmare!! I hope Charlie can look himself in the mirror every morning. His website is a SCAM and there is no customer service and even though his website states that you may speak with someone on the telephone...you cannot and no one will return phone messages. I've yet to speak to anyone. I am a widow and was trying to do a friend a favor when I ordered her a pool liner, so she could enjoy her pool with her grandchildren. There is no protection for the customer because once they receive your money through the internet, you are out and they hide behind "ALL SALES ARE FINAL"! This is a RIPOFF!
