I ordered a pool cover and within 10 minutes cancelled the order on a Sunday morning. I found one cheaper at Leslie Pools a much better/reputable company. It was the 1st of May when I ordered and canceled the order. They said the order could not be cancelled and shipped the cover on the 6th. The cover arrived from NY>CA on the 13th of May.

I refused the shipment at my front door. It is now in transit all the way back to NY. A waste of fuel and freight. Now I have to pay a re-stock fee & shipping charges. Here is the threatening email they sent to me:

Dear Customer, Sometimes it can not that is correct. No revision of our website is needed.

I am sorry you placed an order you did not want, and it was shipped because you did place the order. This is not a scam, but if you feel this way, the problem was caused by you, not us.

Feel free to dispute the charge, will will then request the full amount, as that is what we are actually entitled to in a case such as this. It is very simple to explain the issue on our end to the credit card company.

In the future I would recommend not placing orders online for merchandise you do not want. It can cost money if you refuse it.

There is no need to contact us any further. You have been refunded what is due to you.
