Pooldeals.com Ordered wrong size pool liner and was refused exchange/return Internet, Nationwide

I recently purchased a pool liner for my above ground pool. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I contacted the "customer support" department via email and recieved a response that there was a no refund / exchange policy on the website and I could try to sell the liner locally. I attempted to call the "customer support" number but was told to leave a message and they would reply via e-mail. No live contact available. I have filed a report with the Ney York BBB and am sending a letter to the Attorney General about these deceptive practices. I encourage all to do the same.
