Now it's not Tucows doing the business but all domain name sellers have fraud and abuse depts. If enough people complain maybe they will do something. Unlikely but possible. You should now be able to call Charlie directly and give him some grief. He runs a crappy business no doubt about it. There should be laws to prevent this type of abuse. He doesn't update his order tracking progress unless you hassle him. He knows you're getting shoddy merch and he won't even ship it if he doesn't feel like it because he thinks he's above the law. You all know the kind of runaround you get. Start calling these numbers everyday and complaining. See an attorney. Whatever. I have a few tricks up my sleeve too Charlie. we'll holla.
