I had not read all the bad stuff about these people until after I started having problems. I had placed my order and it stated it would be shipped in 1-3 business days. I had called customer service and all you get is recordings asking you to leave a message.

After I finally got in contact with someone in sales, he told me the earliest for shipment was 2-4 business days. By the 4th day it still was not shipped. I called sales again since that was the only way to speak with a real person. he told me he could not tell me anything about my order to leave a message and someone would contact me. When I asked why I always get a recording when I dial any other number he said, "Well mam, they must just be busy." He was very rude. I would not trust these people. They promise to ship out your item and then never do.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. We list the ship times for our items. This item you ordered leaves the warehopuse in 4 business days. You called us prior to the 4 business days that we specify, and the item had yet to ship, just as we state online. You also called our sales department, after hours, and they do not have all the info to track your order progress, that is why you were referred to the customer service department.

I assume by now you have received you item.
