Pools Plus of the Carolinas, Murry Willitts Beware of this company Myrtle Beach South Carolina

Don't be fooled by the BBB rating. This company and its owner are by far the worse company I have ever dealt with. There were issues every step of the way. Their contract is not specific enough as to when payments are to be made. We were held hostage until 90% of the money was paid, and then the chase is on. There was over $1200 in property damage done due to negligence. They did $1140 damage to our fence, which they refused to repair. We finally had to resort to a credit card charge back in order to get the fence repaired. They were also obligated to install deck coating over our cement patio. Only after I filed a small claims suit against them did they finally come to do the coating, however the equipment they used was defective and the deck looks like it was sprayed with a can of spray paint the was almost empty. When I questioned the owner, Murray Willitts, I was told that was the way it was suppose to look even though Mr. Willitts did not come out to inspect the job. When reiterating my complaint, I was told that I should "educate" myself on spray deck coating. I had already done that and have pictures of what properly installed coating looks like. They are not even close. Now I need to increase the original amount of damages in order to have another company clean up the mess made by them. Looking for a pool install, if you won't take my word for it then first Google, Pools Plus, and then Google Murray Willitts.
